A two-day eco camp was successfully held in Štedim as part of the project “Eco Leaders – Youth for a Clean Future.” Two days of learning, teamwork, and action were transformed into an unforgettable experience that brought together young eco leaders from our community.
Through educational workshops on biodiversity and hiking, practical environmental actions, and creative activities, the participants demonstrated what enthusiasm, knowledge, and love for nature look like when united by a common goal — creating a cleaner and more sustainable environment.
We extend our special thanks to the Red Cross Rožaje and their volunteers, who took care of medical support throughout the camp and delivered an exceptionally valuable presentation on first aid. We also thank our partners: the Tourist Organization of Rožaje, the Ahmica Mountaineering Club, the Border Police Service of Rožaje, as well as freelance photographers and videographers Ferid Mujević and Damir Skarep, who professionally documented every moment of this event.
We would also like to highlight the contribution of Mr. Eldin Brđanin, who, thanks to his experience in scouting, professionally ensured the safety and positive atmosphere of the camp.
A big thank you to all lecturers, volunteers, partners, and young participants — this is only the beginning of building a network of young environmental leaders!
