Once again, we proved that joint effort and dedication can make a real difference. On Saturday, EkoGard and its team joined a large clean-up action organized by the Public Utility Company of Rožaje, bringing together numerous partners and individuals ready to invest their time and energy for the well-being of our environment.
Ready for action! Our team set out on another clean-up mission — with motivation, tools, and smiles.
The action carried out by our team took place in the Grahovača area, where the entire road section was thoroughly cleaned. We were joined by our friends from the Red Cross Rožaje, the Očistimo Rožaje initiative, the Hajla Mountaineering Club, the NGO Ikre, students of the Mehmed Fatih Madrasa, as well as a group of citizens who spontaneously decided to become part of this important activity.
The atmosphere on site was filled with solidarity, cooperation, and a sincere desire to contribute to the preservation of our nature. Every participant gave their contribution — regardless of age, experience, or background. It was a true celebration of volunteerism and environmental awareness.
This action is yet another reminder of how important it is for all of us to be part of the solution when it comes to protecting our environment. Without waiting for others to take the initiative, we showed that love for nature also means action — with a shovel, a bag, a smile, and a good example.
